Both bullpens managed to limit damage in the late innings. For Seattle, George Kirby pitched five innings, allowing four earned runs on six hits. He was followed by a bullpen that included Jose Ferrer, Gabe Speier, Carlos Vargas, Seranthony Dominguez, and Cooper Criswell.

Criswell earned the win, pitching one inning with one hit and one strikeout. For Houston, Ethan Pecko started, pitching 2.2 innings with four hits and three earned runs. Relievers Joshua Hendrickson, Logan VanWey, AJ Blubaugh, Bryan Abreu, and Josh Hader took the mound.

Hader took the loss, pitching 1.1 innings with two hits, one earned run, four walks, and no strikeouts.
