The McKinney Community Development Corporation approved a second extension to the loan agreement for Project 4B24-03.
The funds are designated for the City of McKinney Engineering Department to complete improvements to the Chestnut Elevated Storage Tank.
A motion to approve the agenda item was made by Wilkes.
Booth seconded the motion.
The motion carried.
The revised loan term now extends through December 31, 2026.
The extension allows additional time for the engineering department to manage the storage tank project.
