Cities throughout North Texas have scheduled a variety of events to celebrate Independence Day, ranging from traditional parades to large-scale fireworks displays.
In Addison, the Addison Kaboom Town! event returns on July 3 with aerial shows and fireworks at Addison Circle Park. Arlington offers multiple options, including the long-running Independence Day Parade on July 4 and the Light Up Arlington celebration on July 5, which features a drone show at Downtown Arlington.
Bedford hosts 4thFest at Generations Park on July 4, featuring live music and food trucks. Burleson’s Red, White & BTX celebration includes a free concert and fireworks at Chisenhall Fields, alongside the 22nd Annual Lions Club Parade in Old Town Burleson.
Coppell provides a sensory-sensitive celebration on July 3 at The Sound at Cypress Waters, offering a calm environment with light shows instead of fireworks. The city also holds its Parade Down Parkway on July 4 and Party in the Park at Andrew Brown Park East. Crowley will host a fireworks-only event called Crowley Lights the Sky on July 11.
