Avelo Airlines is expanding its service at McKinney National Airport with five new destinations starting in mid-November. The carrier will begin flights to Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers on Wednesday, Nov. 11, operating twice weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Service to Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas and Orlando International Airport will commence on Thursday, Nov. 12. Both routes will operate five times per week on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Las Vegas flights will run four times weekly, while Orlando flights will also run five times weekly.
The airline will add routes to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Tampa International Airport on Thursday, Nov. 19. Fort Lauderdale service will occur five times per week on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Tampa flights will operate four times weekly on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Avelo already serves Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, Houston Hobby Airport, and George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Texas.
