The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has designated Alejandro Villegas, a 32-year-old from Fort Worth, as the Featured Fugitive for July 2026. Villegas is currently on the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender list and is wanted for a probation violation related to a prior conviction for sexual assault of a child. He has been sought by authorities in Tarrant County since January 2026.

In 2022, Villegas was arrested by the Grand Prairie Police Department after an incident involving a 16-year-old girl. The DPS has announced that during July, the reward for information leading to his capture has been increased to $6,000 if the tip is provided this month.

Villegas is described as being 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 185 pounds. He is known to have connections to the areas of Fort Worth, Arlington, and Dallas.

Residents who may have information regarding Villegas are encouraged to report it through several methods. They can call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477), submit a web tip via the DPS website by selecting Villegas’s profile, or use Facebook to submit a tip by clicking the “SUBMIT A TIP” link in the “About” section.

Further details about the case or Villegas's whereabouts have not been disclosed at this time.
