Collin County is seeking qualified firms to test and balance heating and cooling systems and commission buildings for county projects.
The request for qualifications, released Sept. 29, covers work assigned as needed. The county may choose one firm for both specialties or award separate contracts if different firms are best qualified.
Responses are due Oct. 29 at 2 p.m. Questions must be submitted by Oct. 15 at 2 p.m., according to the bid packet. Firms may apply for testing and balancing, commissioning, or both.
