A Halloween cookie-decorating workshop is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 16, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Apex Centre, 3003 Alma Road in McKinney.
The AR Workshop Garland class is open to ages 8 and older. The city lists the price at $45 for Apex members and $63 for nonmembers. The activity page says one registration can cover up to two people, with four cookies per registration.
Participants will get step-by-step decorating instruction for Halloween designs, including spiders, black cats, skulls and Frankenstein-themed cookies. The listing places the class in the centre’s Green and Orange party rooms.
