Texas A&M Athletics has revealed a range of improvements for Kyle Field, aimed at enhancing the fan experience during the 2026 season. Among the upgrades is a statue honoring R.C. Slocum, the university's most successful football coach, which will be installed outside the north end of the stadium.
Fans can look forward to a new fan guide and stadium map available through the 12th Man App, which will facilitate navigation. Additionally, there will be an increase in fireworks during night games. The app itself has been upgraded to provide essential gameday information, alerts, and short-form videos.
To make concessions more budget-friendly, popular items like hot dogs, nachos, and candy will see a price reduction of $1, and a new $5 popcorn option will be introduced. New food offerings will also feature local vendors Mai Shan Yun and Agave, along with a unique item called the BTHO Dog, consisting of two footlong hot dogs with various toppings.
The Coors Light Beer Garden, which was introduced during the College Football Playoff, will become a permanent addition, open for all home games. It will be situated on the east side lawn outside Entry 8, opening four hours before afternoon and night games.
Additionally, 26 new LED displays will enhance the visual experience, and the Texas A&M Sports Network will expand its pregame coverage with a two-hour show, starting an hour earlier than in previous years.
