Ryan Flournoy and the Dallas Cowboys have reached an agreement on a one-year contract extension that keeps the wide receiver under contract through the 2027 season. The reported value of the deal is $6 million.
Flournoy was selected in the sixth round of the 2024 NFL Draft. Without the extension, he was on track to become a restricted free agent in 2027.
The Cowboys placed Flournoy on waivers during their initial roster cuts in 2025. After clearing waivers, he returned to the organization as a member of the practice squad under a new contract.
That agreement left Dallas with three years on Flournoy’s deal and the possibility of using a restricted free-agent tender in the fourth year. The extension instead gives the team another season to evaluate the wide receiver and provides Flournoy additional time with the Cowboys.
