Construction has officially commenced on the Rosamond Town Center in Anna, Texas, following a groundbreaking ceremony held on June 30. The event was attended by representatives from Big V Property Group, The Seitz Group, Principal Asset Management®, and Citizens Bank, along with local officials.
The Rosamond Town Center is designed to complement the existing Rosamond Crossing and will be part of a larger 750,000-square-foot retail complex in Collin County. Located at the southeast corner of Rosamond Parkway and Highway 75, the open-air center will encompass 355,826 square feet. It is set to feature major retailers including Academy Sports + Outdoors, Aldi, Burlington, EOS Fitness, Hobby Lobby, HomeGoods, PetSmart, and T.J.
