Cowboys starting inside linebacker DeMarvion Overshown will not play in the team’s upcoming game against the Commanders because of a hamstring injury, cbssports.com reported.
Coach Brian Schottenheimer previously said Overshown was expected to miss one or two weeks after suffering the injury in the Cowboys’ loss to the Giants last Sunday.
The 26-year-old linebacker’s availability for the Cowboys’ Week 3 matchup with the Ravens remains uncertain. He could miss that game as well if the injury continues to keep him out of practice.
