Camden Brown emerged as the primary offensive catalyst for the visiting Dallas Cowboys, securing two touchdown receptions to lead his team to a 17-7 victory over the Seattle Seahawks. The win improved the Cowboys’ record to 1-0, while the host Seahawks dropped to 0-1 in their preseason contest held at Lumen Field on Sunday, August 16, 2026.
Brown finished with three receptions for 62 yards and both of Dallas’s touchdowns. His first came in the second quarter on a 39-yard pass from quarterback Sam Howell, followed by a 2-yard strike in the third period from Joe Milton III. Both scoring drives were capped by field goals from kicker Brandon Aubrey.
Game Flow
Seattle struck first, taking a 7-0 lead in the opening quarter on a 5-yard touchdown pass from Drew Lock to Montorie Foster Jr., followed by a kick from Jason Myers. The Seahawks held that advantage until the second quarter when Dallas began to chip away at the deficit.
Brandon Aubrey opened the scoring for the Cowboys with a 29-yard field goal, cutting the lead to 7-3. Shortly after, Sam Howell connected with Brown on the 39-yard touchdown pass, putting Dallas ahead 10-7 at halftime.
The second half remained scoreless until the third quarter, when Joe Milton III entered the game and led the Cowboys’ final scoring drive.
